Hillary provides so many faces to brighten up even the most generic photograph! This was screaming for it!
You'd think it was funnier if you knew that the gentleman holding the plaque and standing is The Boyfriend, and that he makes that SAME FACE when he's sarcastically excited about something. I thought it was appropriate. :-)
